What level of security does Element451 have?

Via google tag manager the client can inject our element pixel, it is a small snippet of js code that will track page views.

It stores a cookie with a random id in a students browser if unknown, later when student gets known, for example if he submits an element RFI form on the same page, we do something called identity stitching and associate all the previous events with the student based on that random id we stored on students first entry.

Also we do some other tracking mechanisms, if student clicks a link in an email, that URL will contain a parameter that Element can use to identify the student, so we can then also asociate all the previous pageviews with his account.

How do we track user behavior on school websites (and other external web properties)?

We recommend planning for a 6-8 week implementation, integration, and training time. Our vision is to shorten implementation to 30 days or less.
